Apply for a Blue Lanyard

WSM Pride is committed to making Pride as accessible and inclusive as possible.

Our Blue Lanyard scheme helps us identify people who may benefit from additional accessibility support during the event. Blue Lanyard holders can access:

• The accessible viewing area
• The larger accessible toilet
• Accessible parking (subject to availability and prior booking)
• Additional support from our accessibility team where required

To help us make sure these facilities are available for the people who need them most, we ask applicants to provide some form of evidence of need where possible. This could include a Blue Badge, PIP/DLA award letter, Access Card, medical letter or similar documentation.

We understand that not all disabilities are visible and that people may not always have formal evidence available. If you do not have any of the documents listed above, or would prefer not to share them, please complete the form anyway and tell us about your requirements. We will consider all applications individually.

All information will be treated confidentially and used only for the purposes of planning accessibility support for WSM Pride 2026.
