1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is WSM Pride, Weston-super-Mare.

2. Purpose

All proceeds from this prize draw will be used to support WSM Pride 2026 and help fund accessibility and inclusion measures at the event.

3. Eligibility

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Entries are open to residents of the United Kingdom.
• Members of the WSM Pride organising committee and their immediate family members may enter but will not be involved in the administration of the draw or selection of winners.

4. Entry

• Entries must be purchased through the authorised WSM Pride fundraising channels.
• Each entry purchased will be allocated the number of entries stated at the point of purchase.
• Entries are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Prize Draw Structure

This prize draw consists of two separate draws.

Early Bird Draw – Summer Fest Prizes

All entries purchased before the closing date for the Early Bird Draw will be entered into a draw to win:

• VIP tickets for Summer Fest on the Beach (Saturday)
• VIP tickets for Summer Fest on the Beach (Sunday)
• Tickets for Symphonic Ibiza (Friday)

The Early Bird Draw will take place on Thursday 4 June 2026.

Any entries that do not win a prize in the Early Bird Draw will automatically be rolled over and entered into the Grand Prize Draw.

Grand Prize Draw – WSM Pride Merchandise

The Grand Prize Draw will include:

• All non-winning entries from the Early Bird Draw; and
• All additional entries purchased before the closing date.

Prizes include:

• WSM Pride hoodies
• WSM Pride t-shirts
• WSM Pride water bottles
• WSM Pride tote bags
• WSM Pride mugs

The Grand Prize Draw will take place on Sunday 28 June 2026.

6. Opening and Closing Dates

• The prize draw opens when ticket sales are launched.
• Entries for the Early Bird Draw must be received by 6:00pm on Thursday 4 June 2026.
• Entries for the Grand Prize Draw must be received by the published closing time on Sunday 28 June 2026.

7. Prizes

WSM Pride reserves the right to substitute any advertised prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

8. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• Entries that win a prize in the Early Bird Draw will not be returned to the draw for subsequent prize allocations in that draw.
• Non-winning entries from the Early Bird Draw will automatically remain eligible for the Grand Prize Draw.
• A winner may win more than one prize across the two draws unless otherwise stated.
• The decision of WSM Pride is final.

9. Notification of Winners

• Winners will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided at the time of entry.
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners.
• If a winner of a Summer Fest prize cannot be contacted within 48 hours, WSM Pride reserves the right to redraw the prize due to the time-sensitive nature of the event.

10. Delivery of Prizes

• Event tickets will be issued electronically where possible.
• Physical prizes may be collected in person or posted to winners at a UK address.
• WSM Pride accepts no responsibility for prizes lost or delayed in transit.

11. Data Protection

• Personal information supplied during the entry process will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw and related communications.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
• Entrants' details will not be sold to third parties.

12. Publicity

By entering the prize draw, winners agree that their first name and general location may be used by WSM Pride for publicity purposes unless they request otherwise.

13. General

WSM Pride reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
